Samantha Samwick

Samantha Samwick specializes in investor relations, financial communications, crises, and special situations. She has worked with clients across multiple industries on M&A transactions, spin-offs, IPOs, restructurings, shareholder activist defense, as well as corporate strategy and leadership transitions. 

 

Prior to joining C Street, Samantha was a Vice President within Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business. She also served as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Americas, Teneo. 

 

Samantha graduated with honors from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earning a BBA with an emphasis in Finance.
