Jackie Rubin

President, Strategic Communications
For nearly two decades, Jackie has guided communications strategy and execution for high-profile matters involving some of the world’s most category-defining corporations. 

Jackie has a unique track record spanning reputation and issues management, restructurings and special situations, complex change enablement and transformation, executive communications, C-suite advisory, M&A, and internal brand and employee communications at established and emerging companies in Financial Services, Entertainment, and Blockchain/Web3.
 

Previously, Jackie served as Head of Communications for high-profile crypto borrowing and lending platform Celsius Network, directing internal and external communications through its landmark bankruptcy. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, Communications for NFT-leader Dapper Labs, where she helped position the company for the launch of their flagship LaLiga and NFL partnerships, the acquisition of Brud, and the successful close of a fundraise led by a16z, Coatue, BOND and others, valuing the company at $7.6B. 

 

Earlier in her career, Jackie served for more than a decade as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for global publicly-traded entertainment giant Entertainment One (eOne) whose portfolio of brands ranged from Peppa Pig to Death Row Records. During this time, Jackie led communications and public affairs for all of eOne’s strategic business initiatives, including more than 30 major transactions across the entertainment space, and positioned the company for its sale to Fortune 500 entertainment powerhouse Hasbro in 2020.  

 

Jackie graduated from McGill University with Bachelor of Science.
