Luke Wolf is a trusted strategic advisor to Boards of Directors and C-Suites navigating complex and high-stakes corporate events, including restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, liability management exercises, public affairs campaigns, and crisis situations. As Co-Head of C Street’s Liability Management Communications group, he specializes in guiding companies through sophisticated financial transactions with clear, effective communication strategies that protect reputations, engage stakeholders, and drive value.
Luke has extensive experience advising companies across a range of industries—including healthcare, retail, technology, media, and financial services—through high-profile restructurings, M&A transactions, and strategic transformations. His recent experience includes advising American Physician Partners, Avison Young, Barnes & Noble Education, Bed Bath & Beyond, Belk, Brightspeed, BlockFi, CommScope, Celsius, David's Bridal, GoTo, Hearthside, LEARFIELD, Lannett, Mobileum, National CineMedia, Rackspace, Ted Baker Canada, WeWork, Wheel Pros, and Zinnia. In 2024, he was recognized as an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor.
 
Prior to joining C Street, Luke established his career in public affairs and policy, including advising citywide elected officials in New York City. In this role, he led high-impact initiatives focused on areas including economic policy, education, and technology to build a stronger, more prosperous New York. He began his career as a public-school educator in New York City through Teach for America, an experience that reinforced his commitment to mentorship and civic engagement.
Luke is actively involved with many charitable organizations, including as the Chair of the Young Leaders Council for Sandy Hook Promise, a national gun violence prevention organization, and has served as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. In 2025, he was selected for the prestigious Partnership for New York City’s David Rockefeller Fellows Program, recognizing his leadership in business and civic affairs. He is a graduate of Duke University and holds a Masters in the Art of Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education.
