Isabel Baer

Isabel is a Senior Associate at C Street, bringing extensive experience in strategic corporate communications, public affairs, and political campaigns. Since joining C Street in 2023, Isabel has advised clients on a range of special situations from large-scale public bankruptcies to international issue advocacy and persuasion campaigns. She has managed complex high-stakes situations and contributed to award-winning campaigns that have shaped corporate and public narratives.

Before C Street, Isabel spent over two years at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), where she advised Meta on their public affairs efforts with a focus on technology legislation, regulation, youth well-being, and the metaverse. During the 2020 presidential campaign cycle, Isabel served on the National Press team for Mike Bloomberg’s presidential bid. She later built and ran a Super PAC targeting young voters in key swing states during the general election. Prior to 2020, she worked on several Senate and local campaigns in Michigan and New York.

Isabel graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Political Science, where she also served as the Student Body Vice President.
