Ashley Roth

With extensive experience in strategic communications, Ashley has a track record of executing integrated communications campaigns for companies and boards of directors in the public and private sectors to shape public perception, preserve value, mitigate risk, maintain business continuity, and influence key stakeholders. Her expertise spans a wide range of special situations, including restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate transformations, management transitions, and crisis communications. 

In addition to her role as Senior Vice President at C Street, Ashley also serves as the Communications Co-Chair of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation New York Chapter. 

Prior to joining C Street, Ashley worked in the Strategy & Communications division at Teneo where she provided strategic counsel to a diverse set of Fortune 500 clients across the disciplines of investor relations, financial communications, and corporate and executive positioning. 

Ashley holds a B.S. in Public Relations with a concentration in Financial and Investor Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
