Haven Cutko joined C Street in 2024 and is currently a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York office. Since joining C Street, Haven has provided counsel and support on several high-impact chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings [, including Barnes & Noble Education, Brightspeed, & Rackspace]. In addition to his client-focused efforts, he has led firmwide initiatives at C Street including the summer intern program and thought leadership campaign. 

Prior to joining C Street, Haven was a Senior Account Executive at H/Advisors, where he worked with private equity firms and portfolio companies to optimize their investment and value creation strategies through strategic communication initiatives. 

Haven graduated from Trinity College (CT) with a B.A. in Economics. He grew up in rural Maine and enjoys skiing, college basketball, maps, and friendly matches on the New York office ping pong table.
