In this role, she focused on advising clients on special situations, corporate strategy, IPOs, M&A, shareholder activism, and management transitions. She also provided counsel on clients’ investor and sell side engagement strategies. At Teneo, Katie supported clients across various sectors, including industrials, consumer retail, technology, and financial services. Katie holds an B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.
